RE-MACHINING
Before the re-machining operation, the damaged parts are removed with a bandsaw.
The electrodes are put on the lathe for the turning of their surface: this process allows to obtain the desired diameter size.
Both ends of the electrodes are then re-machined, retooling the female parts where the nipples will be screwed.
The damaged threads of the nipples are re-tooled with CNC lathe machine in order to machine the desired new sizes.
